The OMB Recovery Act guidance to the agenices |
 To ensure the principles of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act are upheld in every part of government, the Office of Management and Budget today released the first installment of guidance to Federal agencies for carrying out programs and activities enacted in the recovery plan. It contains immediate steps to be taken to ensure timely and effective implementation of the Act. This document is available here.
